Materials for Thermoforming / Vacuum Forming
We process a wide range of thermoplastic materials using advanced thermoforming and vacuum forming technologies to meet diverse industry requirements. Our capabilities support applications that demand strength, precision, and superior surface finish, making them ideal for industrial, automotive, packaging, and commercial products. By working with both standard and specialty materials, we ensure consistent quality, cost efficiency, and design flexibility across prototypes and full-scale production.
Standard Materials
Standard Thermoformable Materials such as ABS, HIPS, PVC, PET, Acrylic, and HDPE are widely used for durable and lightweight plastic components. These materials offer excellent formability, impact resistance, and surface finish. Ideal for vacuum forming and pressure forming applications, they ensure consistent quality and cost efficiency. Suitable for industrial, automotive, packaging, and commercial plastic products.
- ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene) – Offers excellent impact resistance, toughness, and good surface finish for durable thermoformed components.
- HIPS (High Impact Polystyrene) – Lightweight and easy to form, ideal for cost-effective applications with good dimensional stability.
- PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride) – Provides good chemical resistance, rigidity, and flame-retardant properties for industrial and commercial use.
- PET (Polyethylene Terephthalate) – Known for clarity, strength, and recyclability, commonly used in packaging and transparent products.
- Acrylic (PMMA) – Delivers high optical clarity, UV resistance, and an excellent surface finish for aesthetic applications.
- HDPE (High-Density Polyethylene) – Offers high strength, moisture resistance, and durability, suitable for heavy-duty thermoformed products.
Specialty Materials
Specialty thermoformable materials such as PC-ABS, PET-G, TPU, TPO, EVA foam, and ESD-safe plastics are designed for high-performance applications. These materials provide superior impact strength, flexibility, chemical resistance, and enhanced surface aesthetics. Ideal for demanding industrial and technical components, they support precise forming and consistent quality. Commonly used in automotive, electronics, medical, and custom engineered plastic products.

Materials We Can Process in Rotomoulding
Rotomoulding materials such as HDPE and LLDPE are ideal for manufacturing large, hollow, and impact-resistant plastic products. These materials provide excellent strength, uniform wall thickness, and long-term durability for demanding environments. Specialty materials like XLPE and ABS offer enhanced toughness, chemical resistance, and structural performance. Our controlled rotomoulding process ensures consistent quality and reliable production for industrial and commercial applications.
Materials That Can Be Rotomoulded
- HDPE (High-Density Polyethylene) – Excellent strength, impact resistance, and chemical stability for industrial and outdoor applications.
- LLDPE (Linear Low-Density Polyethylene) – Provides flexibility, toughness, and superior stress crack resistance.
