Therm O Pack is India’s largest and most preferred thermoforming company, delivering high-quality, precision-engineered thermoformed plastic components to global automotive Tier-1 suppliers. Serving leading OEMs such as Toyota Kirloskar Motors, ISUZU, Renault Nissan Automotive Pvt Ltd, and Daimler India Commercial Vehicle, we consistently meet international quality and performance standards through advanced manufacturing capabilities and deep technical expertise.
Operating from over 60,000 sq. ft. of advanced manufacturing space, Therm O Pack runs a modern, technology-driven facility equipped with fully automatic roll feeding machines, automatic cut sheet machines for thermoforming of thick gauge sheets, and 5-axis CNC router machines for parts trimming to ensure superior accuracy and repeatability. Our in-house tooling facility provides end-to-end control over tool design, development, validation, and maintenance, enabling reduced lead times, improved efficiency, and cost-effective solutions for our customers.

Our Infrastructure
Our manufacturing facility is spread across 77,500 sq. ft. of land, with a 12,500 sq. ft. dedicated shop floor area, designed to support efficient and scalable production. Operating in 3 production shifts, the facility ensures consistent output and timely delivery. Strategically located in the Automotive hub of the Oragadam Industrial Corridor, Kancheepuram District, it offers excellent connectivity to major OEMs, suppliers, and logistics networks.
