Capabilities

Max Forming Area

Our thermoforming infrastructure supports large-format and medium-format forming, enabling production of trays, covers, panels, and specialty components across a wide size range. The available forming area allows us to manufacture both compact precision parts and large industrial packaging solutions.

Maximum Formable Area:
3000 mm × 1500 mm
(3.0 meters × 1.5 meters)

Large forming capacity helps reduce part segmentation, improves structural integrity, and supports efficient single-piece forming wherever product design permits. This capability is especially beneficial for automotive packaging trays, separator trays, and large protective covers.

Materials Can Be Thermoformed

Thermopack processes a wide range of engineering and packaging-grade thermoplastic sheets based on end-use performance requirements. Material selection is guided by strength, clarity, impact resistance, thickness, and environmental exposure needs.

In-House Tooling Facility

A key capability strength is our in-house tooling facility, which provides end-to-end control over mold and tool development. This significantly reduces dependency on external vendors while improving development speed, dimensional accuracy, and process reliability.

Our tooling capability includes:

  • Mold design and development

  • Tool fabrication coordination

  • Tool trials and validation

  • Tool modification and repair

  • Faster prototype-to-production transition

  • Reduced lead times

In-house tooling integration enables quicker design iterations and more reliable production readiness.

This capability supports vacuum forming, pressure forming, twin sheet forming, and specialty thermoforming applications, enabling us to produce complex components with consistent quality and optimal material usage.

Thermoforming Expertise

Thermopack specializes in advanced thermoforming processes for manufacturing precision-engineered plastic components used in demanding industrial environments. Our expertise covers multiple thermoforming techniques that allow us to produce components with high dimensional accuracy, structural strength, and excellent surface finish.

Our thermoforming capabilities include

• Vacuum forming
• Pressure forming
